🗳The Grant Committee wants to address the recent "hung vote" situation that arose from the Tranche 2 snapshot vote. Grant Committee understand that the unexpected outcome and subsequent events have caused concerns and strong emotions within the community. Grant Committee carefully considered all the feedback and concerns raised by the community and are committed to finding the best resolution. In the spirit of transparency and open communication, grant committee have revised the voting process to ensure fair representation and community participation. Here's the revised process to resolve the hung vote situation: 1. A signal snapshot vote will determine community support for teams and allocation of GLMR. 2. Teams will clarify their target metrics with the allocated GLMR in forum posts. 3. Community feedback will be welcomed on the proposed metrics. 4. The final decision will be made through an on-chain referendum, which will be binding and decide the grant awards. The committee has made the following decisions: • TFA DAO is recognized as the winner of the 1st signal snapshot vote and will proceed to an on-chain referendum for 1M GLMR. • The remaining 3.5M GLMR will undergo a second snapshot vote among the other 9 teams. • The top three teams from the second snapshot vote, meeting a voting power threshold, will proceed to on-chain referenda. • Teams not meeting the threshold or not selected will have their share redirected to the Community Grants Bucket. Grant Committee have set important dates for the process: • Second snapshot vote: August 1, 03:00 pm UTC to August 8, 03:00 pm UTC. • Winners' updated milestones on the forum: August 10, 03:00 pm UTC. • Community feedback on milestones: Until August 12, 03:00 pm UTC. • Individual proposals on Moonbeam: By August 14. • Second set of on-chain referenda completion: August 28.
